What is the Startup Growth Framework™?

The Startup Growth Framework™ is an is an integrated operating model for startup and scaleup growth. With eight key components it is purpose-built for SaaS/Tech startups and scaleups from Pre-Seed/Seed to Series A/B, but can also be adapted to more mature businesses to drive revenue from innovations. It is developed from extensive research and insights gathered from founders, investors, and industry experts.
It integrates top-tier sub-frameworks, methods and processes from thought leaders across various disciplines. It aids in diagnosing growth challenges, preventing siloed thinking, and serves as a guide to 1) focus on leverage given scarce resources and 2) helps to develop recommended actions to solve those challenges.

Is there an application process for the programs?

There is a three-step process, consisting of a 'Growth Strategy Call,' 'Go-to-Market Health Check,' and (optional) 'Go-to-Market Audit.' I like to see this as a mutual application process, since both sides need to say "yes" to each other.
The steps are designed to help understand the challenges, goals, and expectations better.Each step is also focused on providing value to you. Early on, you get directional guidance. You can challenge my background, experience and thinking in order to look for "fit", like I do. 
I belief, this mutual application process builds a strong foundation for collaboration at the time both parties enter an agreement. And other founders I have worked with confirmed this belief.

Is there a specific time the programs start?

When founders and their teams require assistance, they can't afford to wait for the next cohort to begin. Therefore, applications are open continuously, allowing for immediate enrollment as long as seats are available. If no seats are available, I will nevertheless ensure to help you with your challenges, as I am engaged in national & international networks for GTM leaders and operators.

Is there a typical lifecycle of an engagement with you?

The Growth Foundation and Revenue Leadership program aim at balanced, healthy short- and long-term revenue growth. I help you reach next milestones, build the right Go-to-Market strategy, operate a repeatable revenue system, and exceptional team.
When the business is on a healthy growth trajectory, and financially strong enough, a full-time Chief Revenue Officer takes over. I stay for a transition period for smooth, uninterrupted handover and then phase-out. In some cases I might stay as advisor / board member.

For how long do we need to commit to a program?

Contracts for Go-to-Market advisory and fractional revenue leadership begin at 3+ months to ensure both immediate and sustained Go-to-Market and revenue impact.

What is the "Strategic Deal Support" service?

Some founders, especially first or second time founders, or CEOs/Head of Sales lack extensive sales experience when trying to land first important deals. The "Strategic Deal Support" service addresses this challenge and supports you winning the most critical deals for your business. I'm with you from initial first call preparation to deal closing, successful onboarding to achieving customer impact. My background includes sales of hardware, software/SaaS, and services ranging von ACVs of $10-50k ARR to more than $1m ARR multi-year deals, across various industries and customer segments (Startups/Scaleups/Unicorns, SMB & Enterprise).
