Is there an application process to join the programs?

The steps are designed to help us understand each other's challenges, goals, and expectations, laying a strong foundation for future success when both parties decide to enter an agreement.

Is there a specific time the programs start?

When founders and their teams require assistance, they can't afford to wait for the next cohort to begin. Therefore, applications are open continuously, allowing for immediate enrollment as long as seats are available. If no seats are available, I will ensure to provide support in some capacity.

For how long do we need to commit to a program?

The programs aim to enable both short- and long-term growth, helping you reach your next milestones and establish the strategy, systems, and team for a full-time hire to take over. Typically, contracts for Go-to-Market advisory and fractional leadership begin at 3+ months to ensure both immediate and sustained Go-to-Market and revenue impact.

What is the "Strategic Deal Support" service?

Some founders, especially first or second time founders, or CEOs/Head of Sales lack extensive sales experience when trying to land first important deals. The "Strategic Deal Support" service addresses this challenge and supports you to win the most critical deals for your business. I'm with you from initial first call preparation to deal closing, successful onboarding to achieving customer impact. My background includes sales of hardware, software/SaaS, and services ranging von ACVs of $10-50k ARR to more than $1m ARR multi-year deals, across various industries and customer segments (Startups/Scaleups/Unicorns, SMB, Enterprise).
